Policroma #9 (Refraction Study)

Bands of coral, ochre, and blue rise like columns of refracted light. Through a colourless crystal, painted pigment dissolves into layered translucency, a meeting of material and mirage. In this study, Policroma #9 continues the dialogue of Contrapunto, where Monocromo sculpts form from mineral and Policroma renders light as matter, inviting stillness within movement, and order within the abstract.
